My name is Chase Gardner, owner and operator of Patriot Bear Heating & Air in beautiful Big Bear Lake. My family has been in Big Bear for nearly 70 years! We are a family run business. I have over 25 years of experience in HVAC. We serve all of the Big Bear Valley and surrounding areas off the mountain.
